Why the Nintendo Switch is the Best Gaming Console Today
Out of every console in todays day and age, I believe that the Nintendo Switch is by far the most fun and efficient one to own. Gaming consoles have become a term synonymous with the X-box and PlayStation while many people tend to not think about the Switch. A video game is an electronic device that allows you to play multiple different games using one to multiple controllers. In order for a gaming console to be good it has to be efficient, have good graphics, and also have good games to go with it. The Nintendo Switch has all of these with extra features, making it by far the best console in my opinion. It just outclasses its competition in almost every category giving it the title of the best gaming console today.
The first thing that puts the Switch above its competitors are the games that you are able to play on it. With Animal Crossing, Mario Kart 8, Pokémon, Zelda and many other titles exclusive to this console, the Switch gives you the opportunity to play the best selection of games. No other console has the same amount of amazing exclusive games making the switch the most worthy console to buy. I personally have played on all 3 of the major consoles and the games on the switch are always more interesting and fun than the others. I spent about all of of quarantine playing Animal Crossing just because I couldn’t put it down.
The next thing that makes it better is that you can plug in to your TV while also using it as a portable gaming device. Nintendo really struck gold on this idea because I love being able to play Mario Kart on a road trip while also being able to play it on a big screen at home. The Switch makes playing single player games by yourself far less of a hassle while also allowing you to play Super Smash Bros on a big screen with 8 people at one time. No other console is able to switch from a handheld gaming platform to a 60 inch screen. The Switch's competition can’t match this aspect because everything else has to be plugged into a TV making the switch untouched when it comes to this amazing features.
Overall the Switch is just the best console to play to get the most enjoyment out your gaming experience. It beats out its competition because of its premiere exclusive games, and groundbreaking handheld to TV feature. In my experience I have found that playing on the switch just gives me an overall better feeling than the other consoles and that's really all that matters. Nintendo really struck big on this console and in my opinion the Switch is the best console in modern day gaming.
